蛋花湯 Egg Flower Soup
材料: Ingredients
蛋 2 個
蔥 1 支
高湯 6 杯
作法: Method
1) 蛋打散, 蔥切斜片。
2) 高湯煮沸, 加鹽、味素、蔥, 後倒入蛋汁, 等蛋浮起就關火。
