材料: Ingredients
1) 龍俐柳 三片 sole fillet 3 piece
2) 粟米粒 半杯 corn kernel 1/2 cups
3) 青豆 半杯 peas 1/2 cups
4) 甘筍粒 diced carrot 1/2 cups
調味料: Seasoning
5) 鹽 1/3 茶匙 salt 1/3 tsp
6) 白胡椒扮 1/3 茶匙 white pepper 1/3 tsp
7) 蛋白 2 茶匙 egg white 2 tsp
8) 薑茸 少許 Ginger paste little
作法: Method
a) 先將龍俐柳切粒, 加入調味料, 醃約15 分鐘 Dice sole fillet, stir in seasoning and stand for 15 minutes.
b) 將粟米粒、青豆、甘筍粒用水略煮至熟,再瀝乾Boil corn kernel, peas and diced carrot until just tender, drain.
c) 燒熱不沾鍋, 下1 茶匙油, 加入魚粒炒熟, 然後加入(2) (3) (4) 炒勻上碟Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-sticky pan, stir fry diced fillet and mixed (2) (3) (4) then serve.
