健康壽司 Sushi

材料: Ingredients

1) 飯 2 碗 rice 2 bowls
2) 日本醋 2 湯匙 rice vinegar 2 tbsp
3) 日本醃蘿蔔 6 條 pickled radish 6 pcs
4) 青瓜 1/2 條 cucumber 1/2 pcs
5) 日本蟹柳 6 條 crab stick 6 pcs
6) 紫菜 6 片 seaweed 6 sheets

做法: Method

1) 先將日本醋加入飯中攪勻至有黏性。Stir together rice and sushi vinegar until sticky.
2) 將青瓜切條。Shred cucumber.
3) 然後把飯平均鋪在紫菜上, 再在上面加上醃蘿蔔、青瓜及蟹柳, 捲起並切成每段 3/4 吋厚即可。Spread rice evenly on each sheet of seaweed. Arrange some of the radish, cucumber shred and crab stick on the rice. Roll up the seaweed tightly and cut each roll into 3/4-inch-thick slices.
