碧雲的白椰菜花湯
材料和做法: Ingredients and Method
1) 椰菜花(白色)剁碎。用鹽水洗淨置旁待用
2) 煮雞湯 (加碎肉, 蚧肉)
3) 待雞湯煮沸, 加入(1)
4) 雞蛋一只, 加入(3)
5) 勾芡, 加蔥花
