咖喱菜花
材料: 白菜花、咖喱粉
做法:
1) 白菜花用刀切成小朵, 鹽水浸泡後洗淨, 用滾水焯, 浸入涼水中片刻, 撈出, 瀝乾水分。
2) 起鍋熱油, 爆香薑末, 放入適量咖喱粉炒勻, 加少許水, 並用鹽、香菇精調味, 勾欠後, 倒入焯過的菜花, 翻炒幾下即可上菜。
