東坡豆腐
材料: 豆腐、竹筍、香菇
做法:
1) 豆腐切大塊, 放入麵粉、鹽調製的麵糊中掛糊, 再放入油鍋中炸至金黃色, 撈出, 控乾油。
2) 另起鍋熱油, 爆香薑絲, 倒入筍和香菇翻炒, 加少許鹽。即可上菜。
