碧雲的冬瓜燉

材料和做法: Ingredients and Method

1) 冬瓜斬件洗淨置旁待用

2) 瑤柱泡軟後, 先放在大湯碗底

3) 冬瓜舖在上面, 隔水蒸約十五分鐘

4) 待冬瓜呈透明狀, 將湯碗蓋碟倒出, 加上湯作芡即可
