西洋菜湯
功效:
清熱潤肺
材料:西洋菜(一斤), 黃豆(四兩), 果皮(1個), 蜜棗(6粒), 水(12碗)
做法:西洋菜洗淨, 黃豆白鑊炒香, 果皮浸軟. 將材料放入煲內, 水滾轉慢火煲2小時,
加鹽即可
