筍醬蒸肉丸 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (01/17/14)
食材
筍醬一大匙
絞肉50元份
糖一大匙
酒半大匙
全蛋1/3個
蔥花少許
筍醬= 筍,鹽、糖、生豆鼓
作法
1 絞肉加入筍醬、酒、糖與1/3個蛋,順時針攪拌到肉有黏性。我大約絞了20分。
2 捏成七個丸子後,放大鍋中,下面放水,蒸30分,蒸好後灑上蔥花,肉好嫩好下飯唷~^^
