韓式泡菜炒豬肉 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (01/20/14)
食材
韓式泡菜
豬肉絲
醃豬肉絲料
太白粉一點點
酒半小匙
油半小匙
日式醬油一小匙
洋蔥
作法
1 豬肉絲用[醃豬肉絲料],醃一下。
2 油鍋燒熱,放入一大匙油,炒香洋蔥,再炒熟豬肉絲,接下來放入切一公分段的"韓式泡菜";拌炒即可。
