萬用蔥油 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (03/09/14)
食材
青蔥500g(切成蔥珠)
植物油約400g
薑30g(切成薑末)
鹽1~2大匙
作法
1 熱油後倒入薑末煸出香氣後熄火
2 將蔥珠倒入油鍋中,利用油的餘熱將蔥泡熟,最後加入鹽調味或雞精粉
3 待蔥油完全涼透後裝入容器中,放入冰箱冷藏即可
