芋香鮮奶糕 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (03/09/14)
食材
蒸好的芋頭300g
鮮奶A400c.c.
玉米粉120g
糖粉140g
鮮奶 600c.c
作法
1 鮮奶A與玉米粉120g拌勻備用。
2 將蒸熟的芋頭打成泥
3 鮮奶、糖粉140g與芋泥300g煮開,加入步驟1材料拌勻。粉漿由白轉至半透明芋灰色後熄火。
4 將步驟3到入容器放涼後置於冰箱冷藏室。 待冰涼後拿出切塊即可食用。
