自製鹹酥雞粉 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (09/26/14)
食材
胡椒鹽(黑白胡椒混和的)4大匙
肉桂粉1小匙
咖哩粉1小匙
荳蔻粉0.5小匙
孜然粉0.5小匙
辣椒粉0.5小匙
蒜粉0.5小匙
五香粉0.5小匙
甘草粉或梅子粉0.5小匙
作法
1 將所有粉類放入小鍋中混合均勻
2 開小火炒香鹹酥雞粉(大概炒到香氣濃郁到讓你想打噴嚏即可)
