奶酥醬 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (10/07/14)
食材
無鹽奶油1小條(100g)
細白砂糖40g
奶粉(用全脂較香)70g
鹽1小搓
作法
1 奶油(室溫軟化)+糖 -->用打蛋器攪打成乳霜狀(乳白色).
2 將 (1) + 鹽 + 奶粉 -->拌勻即可 . 如喜愛"葡萄乾"者...也可將葡萄乾切小塊,一同拌入.
3 直接將奶酥醬均勻塗抺於吐司上,入烤箱烤3~4分鐘即可食用.
