西蘭花雞肉砂鍋Broccoli Chicken Casserole(Katie Hua 提供)(10/02/14)

材料和作法:

3 chicken breasts 3雞脯肉
Cooked, shred and put in the bottom of 8x8 pan.
煮熟, 切絲,放入8x8的盤底。

1 big bunch of broccoli or 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1大束西蘭花或1包冷凍西蘭花
Cooked and chopped. Put broccoli on top of chicken.
煮熟,切碎。把西蘭花放在雞肉的上面。

1 can cream of chicken soup 1罐奶油雞湯
½ cup Mayonnaise 半杯美乃滋
1 ½ T. lemon juice 1個半湯匙檸檬汁
Mix together and spread on top of chicken and broccoli.
混合在一起,撒在雞肉和西蘭花的上面。

Top with: 上面放
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1杯切絲切達奶酪

Mix together and sprinkle on very top: 混在一起,撒在最上面:
1 slice toasted bread – crushed or purchased bread crumbs
1片烤麵包片 - 壓碎或購買麵包屑

1 T. melted butter 1湯匙融化的牛油

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 350度下烘烤30分鐘。

Note:  adding steam rice or potato on the bottom of chicken is option.
可選擇煮熟白飯或馬鈴薯墊底層。
