柚子糖漿 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (09/27/15)

食材
柚子
細砂糖125g
檸檬汁10g
水400g

1柚子先去皮、去籽、取果肉
2將水、糖、檸檬汁放入鍋中煮沸後,將柚子果肉置入轉小火煮5min即熄火,待降溫將糖煮柚子果肉及柚子糖漿全部裝瓶冷藏即可
