枸杞麻油蝦 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (11/07/15)

鮮蝦


配料
枸杞少許
紅棗2粒

調味
蠔油1小匙
米酒1大匙
黑胡椒粉適量


1蝦子洗淨備用，枸杞、紅棗(用米酒泡)， 起鍋下2匙黑麻油爆香薑片後下鮮蝦
