金沙豆腐 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (12/22/15)
食材
雞蛋豆腐1盒
鹹蛋2~3顆
蒜頭3~5瓣
蔥1枝
辣椒1根
1豆腐水瀝乾切小塊;鹹蛋把蛋黃取出,用湯匙壓碎;蒜、蔥切末,辣椒切圈狀或末。
2起炸鍋把豆腐放進去炸至金黃即可,怕炸物太燥的話,可用半煎炸的方式,把豆腐煎至金黃。炸好起鍋用餐巾紙吸油備用
3蒜頭爆香,嗜辣的把辣椒放進去一起爆炒
4加入蛋黃,炒至起泡泡後
5放入豆腐沾裹上鹹蛋黃,再加上1/2~1顆鹹蛋白碎,最後灑上蔥末就是好吃的金沙豆腐啦~
