自製豆腐Tofu / Bean Curd (Dau Hu) (11/13/16)



Ingredients:

1/2 lb (approximately 1 1/3 cups) organic soybeans
10 cups water

1 cup water + 2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar (5% acidity)
**Note: Use 1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp for this recipe

Yields: 1 lb
