抹茶發糕 (星島中文台:馬可、靜平提供) (02/13/16)

食材
水100g
低筋麵粉140g
抹茶粉5g
糖80g
泡打粉5g

作法

1 粉類過篩
2 加入水和糖拌勻
3 倒入模具8分滿
4 電鍋外加一杯水
5 蒸熟就完成囉!
