張媽媽 : 梅菜蒸肉餅 (11/04/17)



材料 Ingredients:
三百克豬髀肉 300g Pork collar meat
八十克甜梅菜 80g Chinese preserved vegetables
一茶匙蒜蓉 1tsp chopped garlic
兩片薑,切幼絲 2 slices of ginger, shredded
少許蔥花 some chopped scallions

調味料Condiments:
半茶匙鹽 1/2tsp salt
四分一茶匙胡椒粉 1/4tsp ground pepper
一茶匙砂糖 1tsp sugar
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
兩茶匙紹興酒 2tsp Chinese rice wine
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp sesame oil
兩茶匙生油 2tsp cooking oil
一茶匙半生粉加四湯匙清水 1.5tsp starch in 4tbsp water
