12個中等大小 (餡和春捲皮會有一些剩餘,剛好做幾個韭菜春捲)
中筋麵粉 2+1/3杯
開水 1杯 晾五分鐘後加入麵粉中

粉絲兩小包
豆腐泡半包
花菇 兩個
雞蛋兩個
香油 一大勺
蠔油一大勺
白胡椒粉一小勺
