雞蛋餅 (小高姐) (01/28/19)




雞蛋餅的做法

室溫雞蛋 3個 (165克)
溫牛奶 2/3杯 (167克)
中筋麵粉 1/2杯加一湯勺 (92克)
鹽 1/4 茶勺 (2克)
油 2湯勺(25克)
蔥花,辣椒和黑芝麻適量
425°F/220°C 烤20分鐘


room temperature eggs 3/ 165g
warm milk 2/3cup/ 167g
all purpose flour 1/2 cup +1 tablespoon / 92g
salt 1/4 teaspoon/2g
oil 2 tablespoon /25g
green onion, fresh chili pepper and black sesame seeds.
425°F/220°C bake for 20 minutes
