雞蛋糕 (小高姐) (02/18/19)
雞蛋糕用蒸鍋蒸出來要比烤箱烤的雞蛋糕更加潤滑,以為大量的蒸汽保持住了水分。戚風蛋糕會有塌陷的問題,而蒸的雞蛋糕完全不會塌陷。雞蛋糕的做法非常簡單,材料只用到了麵粉,油,雞蛋和糖。麵粉雞蛋用來支起雞蛋糕的結構,而糖和油用來改善雞蛋糕的口感。
雞蛋四個
eggs 4
白糖兩大勺 sugar 2 tablespoons
低筋麵粉半杯 cake flour 1/2 cup
油一大勺 oil 1 tablespoon
