麻團 /煎堆 不開裂 不回縮的小技巧 (小高姐) Sesame Balls (03/31/19)



材料(16個麻團)
糯米粉 100 小一杯左右
水125克 1/2 杯
糖 50克 1/4 杯
第二次加糯米粉 20克 小1/4杯(根據的麵團情況,調整乾粉的份量,揉成一個不粘手的麵團。可以適當多加干糯米粉)
油 2克 1/2 小勺
芝麻適量

ingredients:
to make 16 sesame balls
glutinous rice flour 100g little bit less than a cup
water 125g 1/2 cup
sugar 50g 1/4 cup
second time glutinous rice flour 20g little bit less than 1/4 cup (please adjust the amount until your rice ball is not sticky to your hand)
oil 2g 1/2 teaspoon
sesame seeds as needed
