皮薄馅大【素菜馅饼】(11/25/19)
皮薄餡大 素菜餡餅 不揉麵 不擀麵 技巧
Ingredients:
幹酵母 1/2茶匙Dry yeast 1/2 teaspoon
溫水 1湯匙Warm water 1 tablespoon
糖 1/4茶匙 sugar 1/4 teaspoon
中筋麵粉 1杯( 240ml 約150 g) All-purpose flour 1 cup
40 C溫水 150ml 40C Warm water 150ml
高麗菜 300克Cabbage 300 g
胡蘿蔔絲 1/2杯Shredded carrot 1/2 cup
原味紫菜5克dried seaweed(pure laver)5 g
香菜 1/4杯Coriander 1/4 cup
鹽1茶匙Salt 1 teaspoon
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
麻油 1/2茶匙Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon
田園辣椒醬 1湯匙Sriracha chili sauce 1 tbsp
香醋1湯匙Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
醬油1湯匙Soy sauce 1 tbsp
