【茄汁豆腐煲】【田園時光美食】(01/24/20)

蝦滑 放進【茄汁豆腐煲】彈牙的脆脆的 鮮爽!完全不够吃



Ingredients:
虾仁 250克Shrimp 250g
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
糖1/4茶匙Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
盐 1/3茶匙Salt 1/3 teaspoon
1个蛋清1 egg white
粟粉 1汤匙 Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
西红柿 120克Tomato 120g
嫩豆腐 200克Soft tofu 200 grams
开水 240毫升Boiling water 240 ml

白胡椒粉1/3茶匙White pepper powder 1/3 teaspoon
盐1/4茶匙Salt 1/4 teaspoon
糖1/4茶匙Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
葱白 1汤匙Scallion (part of the head) 1 tbsp
葱花chopped green onion
