煉乳葡萄乾麵包 Condensed Milk Loaf With Raisins (08/17/20)



This recipes can make 2 bread loaf
配方可以做2個長條麵包

1. The dough 麵團:
* 350g Bread flour 高筋麵粉 2cup+3tbsp+2tsp
* 165g Cold Milk 冰牛奶 2/3cup
* 40g Condensed Milk 煉乳 2tbsp
* 2g Salt 鹽 1/4 tsp
* 4g Instant Yeast 酵母 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
* 1pcs Egg 雞蛋
* 40g Unsalted Butter 黃油 1oz+1/3oz

2. Sauce醬:
* 30g Unsalted Butter 黃油 1oz
* 30g Condensed Milk 煉乳 1tbsp+1/2tbsp

3. Others其他:
* Raisins 葡萄乾
* Unsalted Butter 黃油

Mould size : 8.9"x4.4"x2.2"/ 22.8cm*11.3cm*5.8cm 2
模具大小:8.9"x4.4"x2.2"/ 22.8cm*11.3cm*5.8cm 2個

Preheat the Oven 170°C(340℉), baking for 22 minutes
烤箱預熱170°C(340℉)烤22分鐘
