蛋烘餅 (01/19/22)

 

配方:牛奶150克;  酵母2克;  雞蛋4個;  煉乳25克;  白糖20克;  黃油20克;  

低筋麵粉150克;  無鋁泡打粉2克

Recipe: 150 grams of milk,   2 grams of yeast,   4 eggs,   25 grams of condensed milk,   20 grams of sugar,   20 grams of butter,   150 grams of low-gluten flour,   2 grams of aluminum-free baking powder
