乾蔥芝士麵包 (07/12/22)

 

看著就讓人流口水的麵包,做法原來這麼簡單,外面根本買不到

配方:酵母3克, 白糖15克, 水130克, 雞蛋1個, 高筋麵粉280克, 鹽2克, 黃油20克 

黃油餡:黃油40克, 鹽1克, 蜂蜜10克, 乾香蔥2克

Recipe: 3 grams of yeast, 15 grams of sugar, 130 grams of water, 1 egg, 280 grams of high-gluten flour, 2 grams of salt, 20 grams of butter

Butter filling: 40g butter, 1g salt, 10g honey, 2g dried chives
