越式甜酸涼拌菜 Easy Vietnamese Pickles (Do Chua) (11/03/17)



Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups matchstick (julienned) carrots
1 1/2 cups matchstick (julienned) Daikon radish
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar (I like it tart so use 1/4 cup, adjust to your taste)
1 tsp salt

Pickle vegetables for at least 1 hour before eating.
Pickle 2-3 hours for thicker cut vegetables.

Yields: 3 cups

Nguyên liệu:

1 ½ chén cà rốt cắt như que diêm (matchstick)
1 ½ chén củ cải trắng cắt như que diêm (matchstick)
360 ml nước
360 ml dấm trắng (dấm cất)
110 g đường
1 m. cà phê muối

Được 3 chén
