五香肝蛋糕 BÁNH GAN - Liver cake (07/27/18)



►Ingredients:
- 1 tsp cacao powder (bột ca cao)
- 1 tbsp rice flour (15g bột gạo)
- 4 eggs (quả trứng vịt/gà)
- 5 star anise (hoa hồi)
- 1 cup coconut milk (250ml nước cốt dừa)
- 1/2 cup palm/brown sugar (110g đường thốt nốt hoặc đường nâu)
