甜玉米布丁 Sweet Corn Pudding (Che Bap) (07/27/18)

Ingredients:

2 ears fresh corn
4 cups water
2 Pandan leaves, washed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp tapioca pearls
3 drops yellow food coloring

Yields: 4 cups pudding, 4-6 servings
