香蕉蛋糕 Banana Bread (04/22/19)
香蕉蛋糕配方:
香蕉: 3根
融化無鹽黃油:120克 1/2 杯
雞蛋:兩個
紅糖: 95克 1/2 杯
中筋麵粉: 300克 2杯
鹽:2克 1/4 小勺
小蘇打:2克 1/4 小勺
泡打粉:4克 1/2 大勺
碧根果:70克 1/2 杯
預熱好的烤箱350°F / 175°C烤一個小時,一個小時後去掉鋁箔紙再烤10-15分鐘

all purpose flour: 300g 2 cups
salt: 2g 1/4 teaspoon
baking soda: 2g 1/4 teaspoon
baking powder: 4g 1/2 tablespoon
pecans:70g 1/2 cup
preheated oven 350°F / 175°C bake for 1 hour, then remove foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes
