班蘭燕菜糕 Pandan Agar-Agar/ Jelly (06/05/19)



Ingredients for pandan layer (班蘭層):
2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
350ml pandan juice ~ 4 pandan leaves blended with 350ml water(4片班蘭葉加入,350毫升水打爛)
1000ml water(水)
1 drop of green colouring (1滴绿色素)

Ingredients for coconut milk layer (椰漿層):
2 tbsp agar-agar powder (燕菜粉)
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
850ml water (水)
2 pandan leaves, knotted (2片班蘭葉,打结)
500ml thick coconut milk (濃椰漿)
1/2 tsp salt (鹽)

** Can reduce sugar, if you don’t like sweet.

** 不喜欢吃甜的,可以自行减糖。
