紅豆餅 Red Bean Paste Bread (04/12/20)



材料:9個紅豆餅
中筋麵粉 400克 2杯半多一些
糖 12克 1大勺
鹽1克 1/8 小勺
開水83克 1/3 杯
室溫水 125克 1/2杯
(如果你所在地空氣潮濕,請減少15-30克水的用量)
酵母 3克 1小勺
雞蛋 2
油 24克 2大勺
紅豆沙 450克

ingredients:
to make 9 breads
all purpose flour 400g a little bit more than 2.5 cups
sugar 12g 1 tablespoon
salt 1g 1/8 teaspoon
boiling water 83g 1/3 cup
room temperature water 125g 1/2 cup
(please reduce the water amount by 15-30g, if you live in a humid place)
yeast 3g 1 teaspoon
large eggs 2
oil 24g 2 tablespoons
red bean paste 450g
