免揉香葱芝士麵包 (06/21/20)

意大利餐廳大廚教你做:免揉香葱芝士麵包,普通麵粉,不需機器,也柔軟蓬鬆!No-knead green onion cheese bread



免揉香葱芝士麵包,用普通的麵粉,稍微攪拌,不需要揉麵和機器,也可以做出鬆軟的麵包。

這個麵包放進了小孩子也喜歡吃的芝士條,這芝士條的原材料就是做pizza的芝士,稍微有一點鹹味,所以這個面包也只放了一點糖作爲調味,屬於咸麵包一類。

這個麵包烤好放涼后,用袋子裝起來放到明天依然柔軟。配方裏用的麵粉的總量我沒有全部放進去和麵,留下了30g作爲整形用,麵粉的份量就不會改變了。

成份:12個
200g 溫牛奶(約36℃/97℉)
1茶匙糖
1茶匙酵母
30g无盐牛油(室溫)
20g葱花
350g 普通麵粉(320g和麵,30g整形)
1茶匙糖
3/4茶匙鹽
1個鸡蛋(室溫)
6根芝士條

Recipe:12 pieces
200g warm milk (about 36℃/97℉)
1tsp sugar
1tsp dry yeast
30g unsalted butter (room temperature)
20g green onions (chopped)
350g all purpose flour(320g for the dough, 30g for make shapes)
1tsp sugar
3/4tsp salt
1 egg (room temperature)
6 cheese sticks

在预热好180℃/356℉炉内(中下層,開風扇)烤16分钟,轉中層烤約3分鐘
Bake in oven(lower middle, turn on the fan) preheated to 180℃/356℉ for 16 min, change to middle for about 3 min
